Lancewood Seafood Roll

Ingredients

250 ml shrimps
250 ml crab sticks
2 spring onion(s) , finely chopped
2 gherkins , chopped
30 ml dill , chopped
175 g LANCEWOOD 1000 Island DIP&TOP
30 ml milk
5 ml sugar
salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste
4 hot dog rolls , lightly buttered
2 ml paprika

Method

Mix the shrimps, crab sticks, spring onions, gherkins and dill together.

Using a separate bowl, mix the dip, milk and sugar together.

Add to the shrimp mixture and season to taste.

Toss to mix and spoon into the buttered rolls.

Sprinkle with paprika and serve with potato crisps on the side.
