150 g pickled fish with onions, finely crushed
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
30 ml chutney, juice of half a lemon
1 ml chilli powder
45 ml fresh coriander, finely chopped
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, chutney, lemon juice and chilli powder together. Add half of the flaked fish and fold in. Use a stick blender and mix until combined but not too smooth. Add the rest of the flaked pickled fish, coriander and seasoning to taste.
Serve the pâté with crackers of your choice, a toasted French loaf or dry butter rotis cut into wedges.
