Bruschetta 5-Ways

Ingredients:

Bruschetta:
1 French loaf, sliced
100 ml olive oil or canola oil

Topping variations:

LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Sweet Chilli Cream Cheese topped with:
biltong, thinly sliced
peppadews, chopped
fresh coriander, a sprig

LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese topped with:
salami, sliced
sundried tomatoes
rocket, chopped

LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella

sliced – topped with:
basil pesto
tomato(es), chopped

LANCEWOOD® Mature Cheddar

sliced – topped with:
onion marmalade
fresh thyme, a sprig

LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Spring Onion & Chives Cream Cheese topped with:
roast beef, thinly sliced
gherkins, sliced
green olives, pitted
spring onion(s), thinly sliced

LANCEWOOD® Cheddar, grated and

LANCEWOOD® Sour Cream topped with:
guacamole
jalapeño(s), sliced

Method

Bruschetta:
  1. Place the slices of French loaf on a baking sheet and brush lightly with oil.
  2. Grill until golden on the one side. Turn over, brush with oil and grill the other side until golden.


Serve bruschetta with any of the following toppings and a drizzle of olive oil:
  1. Spread with sweet chilli cream cheese. Top with biltong, peppadews and coriander.
  2. Spread with plain cream cheese. Top with salami, sundried tomatoes and rocket and season to taste.
  3. Add mozzarella and top with basil pesto, tomatoes and season to taste.
  4. Add mature cheddar and top with onion marmalade, thyme and season to taste.
  5. Spread with spring onion & chives cream cheese and top with roast beef, gherkins, olives and spring onion.
  6. Top with guacamole, cheddar, a dollop of sour cream and jalapeños.
