Healthier Burrito Bowl

Ingredients

1 chicken breast(s) , grilled and sliced
180 ml canned Black Beans , drained
180 ml canned corn , drained
1 quarter red onion
1 large whole tomato , chopped into chunks
0.5 cup(s) lettuce , sliced
180 ml cooked rice
1 avocado(s) , halved and sliced
175 g LANCEWOOD Chilli & Lime DIPde'lite®
1 tbsp fresh coriander , chopped

Method

In a large bowl arrange all the ingredients.

Serve with Chilli & Lime DIP de'lite and enjoy!

HINTS & TIPS:
To make grilled chicken breasts:

Using a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Brush the chicken breasts with oil on both sides, then sprinkle over the spices and rub in well. Air Fry the chicken breasts at 200oC for 18 - 20 minutes, turning halfway. Set aside the chicken for 10 minutes before adding it to the burrito bowl.
