Frozen Yoghurt Snacks

Ingredients:

250 g granola
60 ml smooth peanut butter, melted in microwave for 30 secends
75 ml honey
500 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Vanilla Yoghurt
30 ml strawberry jam, melted in microwave for 30 seconds
6 strawberries, halved

Method

  1. Line a muffin pan with muffin cases.
  2. Add the granola, peanut butter and honey to a large mixing bowl and combine using a wooden spoon.
  3. Place a spoonful of granola in each muffin cup and press it down using the back of a spoon.
  4. Fill each muffin cup with yoghurt and top with a teaspoon of melted strawberry jam.
  5. Add a teaspoon of jam to each cup and use a teaspoon to gently swirl it into the yoghurt.
  6. Top with halved strawberries and freeze for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight.
  7. A delicious afternoon snack to enjoy with the kids!
