Creamy Nutella Pizza

Ingredients:

500 g bread dough
30 ml sugar
120 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
200 g Nutella
1 banana(s), sliced
45 ml mixed nuts, chopped

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Roll out the bread dough into a 20 cm disk and place on the baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 20 – 25 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, use an electric mixer to beat the Nutella and cream cheese together.
  5. Remove the pizza from the oven once cooked and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Spread with the cream cheese mixture and top with banana and nuts.
  7. Cut into slices and enjoy as a sweet treat.
