Dressing:
Salad:
Place the rocket, watermelon and cream cheese in a serving bowl.
Dressing:
In a small bowl, add the lemon juice, olive oil, seasoning and mint.
Whisk together until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and enjoy!
