Easy Mushroom Pasta Cups

Ingredients:

250 g pasta shells, cooked
5 ml garlic, crushed
2 egg(s)
85 g LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar, grated
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Mushroom Sauce

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the pasta shells, garlic, eggs, cheese and mushroom sauce in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a prepared six cavity muffin pan. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Serve on their own or as a yummy lunchbox addition.
