Easy Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients:

400 g red cabbage, shredded
400 g white cabbage, shredded
160 g carrot(s), grated
10 g fresh parsley, chopped
175 g LANCEWOOD Sweet Red Pepper DIP&TOP®
250 ml mayonnaise
30 ml apple cider vinegar
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
fresh parsley, chopped for garnishing

Method

  1. Place the red cabbage, white cabbage, carrots and parsley in a serving bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the dip, mayonnaise, vinegar and seasoning.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss together.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
