Easy Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients:

Chocolate Sauce:
5 ml instant coffee granules
60 ml cream, warmed
80 g dark chocolate, melted & slightly cooled
250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt

Serve with dippers of your choice:
strawberries
apple(s), cut into wedges
grapes
banana(s)
dried mango
pineapple, cut into wedges
cherries
marshmallows
Boudoir biscuits or wafer biscuits

Method

Chocolate sauce:
  1. Using a mixing bowl, add the coffee and cream and mix until coffee granules have dissolved.
  2. Mix the cream mixture into the melted chocolate, by adding it in small increments ensuring a smooth consistency after each addition.
  3. Now mix the yoghurt into the mixture in small increments until mixed through.
  4. Serve with dippers of your choice.


HINTS & TIPS: Use white chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
