Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:

500g chicken breast(s) cut into thin slices 60ml butter 1onion(s) chopped 400g mixed mushrooms chopped salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste 250ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Pepper Sauce 250ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Mushroom Sauce 125ml milk 500ml penne pasta cooked 1lemon juice of half the lemon

To serve: 60ml Parmesan grated 30ml fresh parsley chopped

Method

  1. Heat the butter and fry the chicken until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Fry the onion and mushrooms until cooked and golden and season to taste.
  3. Add the chicken to the pan together with the pepper and mushroom sauce. Stir through.
  4. Add the cooked penne pasta and milk and heat through. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and seasoning to taste.


To serve: Serve with grated Parmesan and a sprinkle of parsley.
