Cream Cheese Ice-cream

Ingredients:

250 g LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Plain Cream Cheese
375 ml whipped cream
250 ml condensed milk
10 ml vanilla essence

Topping options:
granadilla pulp
chocolate, melted
nuts

Method

  1. Using an electric mixer to whisk the cream cheese and condensed milk together.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla essence.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a rectangular dish and add a topping of your choice and freeze overnight.
  4. Serve in bowls or in an ice cream cone.
