Lancewood Cream Cheese Ice-cream

Ingredients

250 g LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Plain Cream Cheese
375 ml whipped cream
250 ml condensed milk
10 ml vanilla essence

 

Topping options: 

granadilla pulp
chocolate , melted
nuts

Method

Using an electric mixer to whisk the cream cheese and condensed milk together.

Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla essence.

Transfer the mixture to a rectangular dish and add a topping of your choice and freeze overnight.

Serve in bowls or in an ice cream cone.
