Braaied Meat Platter with Cream Cheese Butters
Ingredients:
Spring onion & chives cream cheese butter:
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Spring Onion & Chives Cream Cheese
1 garlic clove, crushed
Sweet chilli cream cheese butter:
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Sweet Chilli Cream Cheese
45 ml sweet chilli sauce
1 lime, juice and zest
30 ml fresh coriander, chopped
Smokey onion & mustard cream cheese butter:
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Smokey Onion & Mustard Cream Cheese
5 ml thyme
5 ml Hot English mustard
2.5 ml paprika
Method
Spring onion & chives cream cheese butter:
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and garlic. Serve with braaied or grilled lamp chops or vegetable kebabs.
Sweet chilli cream cheese butter:
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sweet chilli sauce, coriander, lime juice and zest. Serve with braaied or grilled chicken wings or corn ribs.
Smokey onion & mustard cream cheese butter:
Mix the cream cheese, thyme, mustard and paprika together. Serve with braaied or grilled steak or vegetable kebabs.
