Create Now1. Add the olive oil to a frying pan and fry the cauliflower rice until soft.
2. Add the salt and garlic powder and cook through.
3. Remove from the heat and add to a mixing bowl.
4. Add the grated cheese and cottage cheese and mix well.
5. Line the Air fryer basket with baking paper.
6. Spoon the mixture into bite-sized rectangles by using your fingers and place inside the Air fryer basket.
7. Air fry at 175°C for 8 - 10 minutes.
8. A delicious banting-friendly snack!
