Banana Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

2 bananas, cut into chunks & frozen until solid
250 g LANCEWOOD® Creamed Smooth Cottage Cheese
3 ml cinnamon
5 ml vanilla essence

To serve:
80 ml pecan nuts, roughly chopped

Optional:
maple syrup or honey

Method

Using a food processor, blend the bananas, cottage cheese, cinnamon and vanilla essence until smooth.

To serve: Share between two bowls and sprinkle with pecan nuts.

HINTS & TIPS:
  1. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey for a sweeter treat.
  2. Enjoy it straight after blending, or make a big batch and freeze individual servings to thaw whenever a craving strikes.
