Lancewood Banana Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

2 bananas , cut into chunks & frozen until solid
250 g LANCEWOOD® Creamed Smooth Cottage Cheese
3 ml cinnamon
5 ml vanilla essence

 

To serve:

80 ml pecan nuts , roughly chopped

Optional:

maple syrup  or honey

Method

Using a food processor, blend the bananas, cottage cheese, cinnamon and vanilla essence until smooth.

To serve:
Share between two bowls and sprinkle with pecan nuts.

HINTS & TIPS:

  • Drizzle with maple syrup or honey for a sweeter treat.
  • Enjoy it straight after blending, or make a big batch and freeze individual servings to thaw whenever a craving strikes.
