Chicken strips:

panko or crushed cornflakes
5 ml smoked paprika
5 ml salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 large eggs
oil for spraying and frying
Yoghurt dip:
1 garlic clove, minced, juice of half a lemon
375 ml LANCEWOOD Greek Delight® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
30 ml fresh parsley, chopped
15 ml fresh chives, chopped
2.5 ml ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
