Vanilla Kahlua Cocktail with Amaretto

Ingredients:

45ml espresso 60ml kahlua 30ml amaretto 225ml LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Drinking Yoghurt vanilla flavoured ice cubes

Method

  1. Add the vanilla drinking yoghurt, espresso, Kahlua, and Amaretto to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the mixture is chilled and frothy.
  3. Strain into two glasses, add a straw, and serve immediately.


Serving Tip: Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder or a few coffee beans for a café-style finish.
