Spicy Prawn Ramen

Ingredients:

750ml boiling water 300g ramen noodles 25ml chicken stock 750ml boiling water 45ml Tom yum paste 125g mushrooms chopped 100g prawns deshelled 1large egg soft boiled 30ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese 2seaweed  squares (optional)

Method

  1. Add boiling water to a saucepan and cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet together with the chicken stock.
  2. Using a separate pot, add boiling water and the Tom Yum paste and mix well.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add the prawns and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes.
  4. Dish the noodles into a bowl, ladle the spicy broth over and dish the prawns and mushrooms.
  5. Top with the soft boiled egg, optional seaweed and a dollop of cream cheese to break the spice.
  6. Enjoy as a hearty spicy meal!
