Lancewood Cottage Cheese Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

250 g LANCEWOOD® Creamed Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
60 ml cocoa powder
75 ml castor sugar
2.5 ml coffee granules , dissolved in 15ml boiling water
85 g milk chocolate  or dark chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
50 g white chocolate , melted and slightly cooled (optional)

Method

In a bowl, beat the cottage cheese, cocoa powder and castor sugar together until smooth. Add the coffee and beat for a further 2 minutes until thick and silky smooth. Spoon into 4 small serving cups or glasses.

Spoon the cooled milk or dark melted chocolate on top and spread out evenly. Place the melted white chocolate into a small plastic zip lock bag and snip off a tiny corner (optional). Drizzle over the chocolate.

Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
