Ingredients:

50 g LANCEWOOD® Fat Free Greek Delight
1 cup(s) spinach , optional for a green boost
0.5 medium banana(s)
0.5 cup(s) pineapple , or mango
0.5 cup(s) milk , or water
1 tsp honey , optional
ice cubes , optional

Method

1. Add the Greek Delight® Fat Free Plain Yoghurt to a blender.

2. Add the banana, frozen fruit, and spinach (if using).

3. Pour in the milk or water to help blend smoothly.

4. Blend until smooth and creamy.

5. Taste and add honey if you prefer a little extra sweetness.

6. Add ice and blend again if you’d like a colder, thicker smoothie.

7. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
