Pear & Pecan nut salad

Ingredients:

Salad:
1 lettuce leaves
3 pear(s), sliced & drizzled with a bit of lemon juice
80 ml cranberries
100 g pecan nuts, chopped
250 ml LANCEWOOD® Full Cream Plain Chunky Cottage Cheese

Dressing:
60 ml balsamic vinegar
60 ml olive oil
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
fresh dill, chopped

Method

Salad:
  1. Arrange the lettuce and pears on a platter.
  2. Add dollops of cottage cheese on top.
  3. Sprinkle the cranberries and pecan nuts over.


Dressing:
  1. Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, seasoning and dill together.
  2. Pour over the salad just before serving.


HINTS & TIPS: Use apples or nectarines instead of pears.
