Lancewood Pear & Pecan nut salad

Ingredients

Salad:

1 lettuce leaves
3 pear(s) , sliced & drizzled with a bit of lemon juice
80 ml cranberries
100 g pecan nuts , chopped
250 ml LANCEWOOD® Full Cream Plain Chunky Cottage Cheese

Dressing:

60 ml balsamic vinegar
60 ml olive oil
salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste
fresh dill , chopped

Method

Salad:
Arrange the lettuce and pears on a platter.

Add dollops of cottage cheese on top.

Sprinkle the cranberries and pecan nuts over.

Dressing:
Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, seasoning and dill together.

Pour over the salad just before serving.

HINTS & TIPS:
Use apples or nectarines instead of pears.
