Papaya Breakfast Boats

2 papaya, halved & pips removed
250 g LANCEWOOD® Fat Free Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese

Topping suggestions:

raspberries
pomegranate seeds
granadilla pulp, toasted coconut

raisins or sultanas
mixed seeds
honey
blueberries
strawberries
kiwi, sliced
cherries
nuts, chopped
chia seeds
cinnamon
mint

Method

Place the halved papaya on 4 serving plates. Spoon cottage cheese inside each and top with your favourite ingredients.
