Coronation Chicken Mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise, chutney, lemon juice, curry powder and cinnamon together and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Add the apricots, sultanas, celery and chicken. Mix well.
Season to taste.
Serve on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle with toasted almonds and coriander. Alternatively use as a filling for a wrap.
