Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients:

100 g LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar, cut into 10 cubes
500 g bread dough
175 g LANCEWOOD Jalapeño Chutney DIP&TOP® or any other flavour
125 g LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella, finely grated
60 g butter, melted
fresh chives, chopped for garnishing

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Roll the bread dough into a small round ball and place the white cheddar cube into a portion of bread dough, covering the cheese entirely. Repeat to create 9 round balls.
  3. Place the bread dough balls along the sides of a greased round pan, leaving the centre open.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the dip mixture and mozzarella together. Add the dip to the centre of the pan.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the bread balls and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with the fresh chives.
  7. Grab a fresh warm roll from the pan and dip into the cheesy centre, enjoy!
