100 g LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar, cut into 10 cubes
500 g bread dough
175 g LANCEWOOD Jalapeño Chutney DIP&TOP® or any other flavour
125 g LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella, finely grated
60 g butter, melted
fresh chives, chopped for garnishing
Roll the bread dough into a small round ball and place the white cheddar cube into a portion of bread dough, covering the cheese entirely. Repeat to create 9 round balls.
Place the bread dough balls along the sides of a greased round pan, leaving the centre open.
In a separate bowl, mix the dip mixture and mozzarella together. Add the dip to the centre of the pan.
Drizzle the melted butter over the bread balls and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
Garnish with the fresh chives.
Grab a fresh warm roll from the pan and dip into the cheesy centre, enjoy!
