Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

60ml butter 60ml cake flour 625ml milk 375ml LANCEWOOD® Cheddar grated salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add the flour and cook over low heat for about 1 minute.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the milk little by little. Stir well after each addition until smooth and free of lumps. Return to the heat and stir continuously until thick.
  4. Add the cheese and seasoning and stir until the cheese has melted.
