Cheese, Onion & Sundried Tomato Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
1 garlic bread
ready made
375 ml LANCEWOOD® Cheddar or White Cheddar, grated
1 red onion, thinly sliced
8 sundried tomatoes, drained & sliced into smaller strips
5 ml mixed herbs
Method
- Carefully remove foil from the ready made bread.
- Stuff the cheese, onion and sundried tomatoes in between each slice. Sprinkle herbs over.
- Rewrap in foil and bake until cheese has melted and bread is buttery crisp.
HINTS & TIPS:- Use LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Smokey Onion & Mustard Cream Cheese for a creamier garlic bread.
- Replace the sundried tomatoes with onion marmalade for a sweeter option.
