Banana Yoghurt Mug Cake

15 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Vanilla Yoghurt
1 egg(s)
45 ml flour
5 ml baking powder

Method

  1. Using a mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Add the egg and yoghurt and whisk together until well combined.
  3. Add the flour and baking powder and whisk together.
  4. Pour the batter into a mug and microwave for 1 – 2 minutes until the cake is cooked through.
  5. Top with sliced banana.
  6. A quick and delicious dessert to enjoy with the kids!
