Bacon & Egg Wrap

Ingredients:

6hard boiled egg(s) 15ml oil 4rindless streaky bacon finely chopped 230g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Spring Onion & Chives Cream Cheese 60ml milk 10ml lemon juice 5ml Hot English mustard salt & freshly ground black pepper 125ml LANCEWOOD® Cheddar finely grated 10cos lettuce  leaves 15ml Chopped chives 4tortilla wraps toasted or 4 rolls

Method

  1. Peel the eggs and chop finely. Heat the oil and fry the bacon until golden and crispy.
  2. Once cooled, add the chopped eggs.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice and mustard together until smooth.
  4. Add the cheese and season to taste.
  5. Arrange the salad leaves on the wraps. Spoon the bacon and egg mixture on top.
  6. Sprinkle with chives and roll to close.
  7. Cut in half and enjoy!
