Antipasti Snacking Wreath

Ingredients:

16 rosemary twig
or bamboo skewers (12 cm long)
16 green olives, pitted
16 black olives, pitted
32 salami slices
200 g LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella, cut into 32 cubes
16 cherry tomato(es)
fresh basil
32 leaves

To serve:
balsamic glaze, for drizzling
250 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Smooth Balsamic & Onion Cottage Cheese

Method

  1. Assemble by using a large serving plate.
  2. If using rosemary twigs instead of bamboo skewers; pull the leaves off the rosemary twigs leaving about 6 cm on the end.
  3. Thread the olives, 2 slices folded salami, 2 Mozzarella cubes, 2 basil leaves and a cherry tomato onto each skewer.
  4. Arrange the skewers in a circle to form a wreath.


To serve:
  1. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve with cottage cheese.
  2. The perfect snack!
