Lancewood Amarula Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
140 ml Amarula  or more to taste
75 g dark chocolate , melted
cocoa powder  for dusting 
edible flower(s)  for decorating 

Method

Beat the cream cheese and half of the Amarula together until smooth.

Add the remaining Amarula and beat until smooth.

Add the melted chocolate in a thin stream while beating continuously. Scrape down the sides and beat until light and fluffy.

Spoon into 4 small serving or wine glasses. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Dust with cocoa powder and decorate with flowers before serving.
