Guacamole:

To finish:
Nachos:
Arrange a packet of nachos or tortilla chips on an ovenproof serving platter. Â
Spoon bottled tomato salsa or canned Mexican style tomatoes over. Â
Sprinkle grated cheddar on top and immediately grill until the cheese has melted.
Guacamole:
Mash ripe avocados and mix with a little lemon juice, sour cream, salt, pepper and a little chilli to taste. Â
To finish:
Top with tablespoonsful of sour cream or cottage cheese and then guacamole*.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander and top with the chillies to taste
