Lancewood Nachos

Ingredients

Nachos:

nachos  or tortilla chips
Tomato salsa , bottled or canned Mexican style tomatoes
LANCEWOOD® Cheddar , grated

Guacamole:

ripe avocados

lemon juice
LANCEWOOD® Sour Cream
salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste
chilli(es) , to taste

To finish:

LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Plain Chunky Cottage Cheese  or Sour Cream 
fresh coriander
fresh chillies , chopped

Method

Nachos:
Arrange a packet of nachos or tortilla chips on an ovenproof serving platter.  

Spoon bottled tomato salsa or canned Mexican style tomatoes over.  

Sprinkle grated cheddar on top and immediately grill until the cheese has melted.

Guacamole:
Mash ripe avocados and mix with a little lemon juice, sour cream, salt, pepper and a little chilli to taste.  

To finish:
Top with tablespoonsful of sour cream or cottage cheese and then guacamole*.

Sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander and top with the chillies to taste
