4 medium – large potatoes
30 - 45 ml canola or olive oil
Salt to taste
250 g LANCEWOOD® Cottage Cheese – Chunky or Smooth
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and dry the potatoes. Use a fork and pierce the potatoes twice. Rub with oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 1 hour – 1 ½ hours until soft in the middle and golden on the outside. The cooking time will depend on the size of the potatoes. Serve with LANCEWOOD® Cottage Cheese - Full Fat, Low Fat, Lactose Free - Chunky or Smooth and any of the following additional toppings:
