High Protein Cheesecake Breakfasts

Cookies and Cream Flavoured:
175 g LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
2 tbsp LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
2 tbsp protein powder
vanilla flavoured
2 tsp instant pudding
vanilla flavoured
3 Oreo biscuit(s)

Bar-One Flavoured:
175 g LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
2 tbsp LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
2 tbsp protein powder
vanilla flavoured
2 tsp instant pudding
vanilla flavoured
4 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil, melted
20 g dark chocolate, melted
sea salt
flakes

Method

Cookies and Cream Flavoured:
  1. In a bowl add the cottage cheese, yoghurt, protein powder and pudding mix. Whisk until smooth until it resembles a cheesecake mixture.
  2. Crush two of the Oreos into fine crumbs. Add the fine crumbs to a small bowl. Add the cheesecake mixture on top of the crumbs and spread the surface evenly. Refrigerate until firm.
  3. Crumble the remaining Oreo over the top just before serving.


Bar-One Falvoured:
  1. In a bowl add the cottage cheese, yoghurt, protein powder and pudding mix. Whisk until smooth until it resembles a cheesecake mixture.
  2. In a small bowl add the peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil. Microwave for 5-10 seconds and whisk until smooth. Spread the mixture over the chilled cheesecake.
  3. Melt chocolate and pour it on top of the cheesecake mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
  4. Before serving, garnish with some sea salt flakes.
