High Protein Cheesecake Breakfasts
Ingredients:
Cookies and Cream Flavoured:
175 g LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
2 tbsp LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
2 tbsp protein powder
vanilla flavoured
2 tsp instant pudding
vanilla flavoured
3 Oreo biscuit(s)
Bar-One Flavoured:
175 g LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
2 tbsp LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
2 tbsp protein powder
vanilla flavoured
2 tsp instant pudding
vanilla flavoured
4 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil, melted
20 g dark chocolate, melted
sea salt

Method
Cookies and Cream Flavoured:- In a bowl add the cottage cheese, yoghurt, protein powder and pudding mix. Whisk until smooth until it resembles a cheesecake mixture.
- Crush two of the Oreos into fine crumbs. Add the fine crumbs to a small bowl. Add the cheesecake mixture on top of the crumbs and spread the surface evenly. Refrigerate until firm.
- Crumble the remaining Oreo over the top just before serving.
Bar-One Falvoured:- In a bowl add the cottage cheese, yoghurt, protein powder and pudding mix. Whisk until smooth until it resembles a cheesecake mixture.
- In a small bowl add the peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil. Microwave for 5-10 seconds and whisk until smooth. Spread the mixture over the chilled cheesecake.
- Melt chocolate and pour it on top of the cheesecake mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
- Before serving, garnish with some sea salt flakes.
