Healthier Burrito Bowl

Ingredients:

1chicken breast(s) grilled and sliced 180ml canned Black Beans drained 180ml canned corn drained 1quarter red onion 1large whole tomato chopped into chunks 0.5cup(s) lettuce sliced 180ml cooked rice 1avocado(s) halved and sliced 175g LANCEWOOD Chilli & Lime DIPde’lite® 1tbsp fresh coriander chopped

Method

  1. In a large bowl arrange all the ingredients.
  2. Serve with Chilli & Lime DIP de’lite® and enjoy!


HINTS & TIPS:


To make grilled chicken breasts:
  1. Using a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Brush the chicken breasts with oil on both sides, then sprinkle over the spices and rub in well. Air Fry the chicken breasts at 200oC for 18 – 20 minutes, turning halfway. Set aside the chicken for 10 minutes before adding it to the burrito bowl.
