Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

Cheese balls:
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
120 g LANCEWOOD® Cheddar or White Cheddar, finely grated

Flavour toppings:
freshly ground black pepper
paprika
chilli flakes
fresh chives, chopped
biltong powder

Method

  1. Combine the cream cheese and cheddar and roll into small balls.
  2. Roll the cheese balls in either the black pepper, powdered biltong, a mixture of paprika and chilli flakes or the chopped chives.
  3. Serve with crackers and enjoy as a snack!
