Optional additional ingredients:
Dippers:
In a zip lock plastic bag, toss the cheese, corn flour and mustard powder together.
Heat half the wine/stock, lemon juice and garlic in the fondue pot and stir in the cheese mixture a little at a time.
Stir continuously and add the remaining wine as the mixture starts to thicken.
Stir until silky smooth. Add the brandy (if using), lemon juice and nutmeg.
Place over a flame at the table and serve with dippers of your choice.
