Create NowPreheat the oven to 175°C. Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm square tin with baking paper.
Mash the banana, then add the egg, oil, vanilla and yoghurt. Mix well.
Add the xylitol and beat well.
In a separate bowl, add the flour, baking powder and salt into the mixture. Stir to combine.
Add the sliced strawberries to the flour mixture and mix well. Add the yoghurt mixture to the dry ingredients and mix gently with a spatula until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin. Decorate with strawberry slices. Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then place on a cooling rack to cool completely.
Slice into squares and enjoy!
