Spaghetti Muffins With Mozzarella

Ingredients:

2 egg(s)
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
10 ml dried rosemary
125 ml fresh cream
125 ml bacon bits, cooked
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Cheese Sauce
500 ml spaghetti, cooked
60 ml LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella, grated

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin pan.
  2. Place the eggs, rosemary, cream, bacon bits, salt and pepper and cheese sauce in a bowl.
  3. Whisk until well combined. Add the cooked spaghetti and gently mix together ensuring that all the spaghetti is covered with the sauce.
  4. Use a fork to twirl the spaghetti into a muffin pan.
  5. Top with grated mozzarella and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before eating.
