Lancewood Spaghetti Muffins With Mozzarella

Ingredients

2 egg(s)
salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste
10 ml dried rosemary
125 ml fresh cream
125 ml bacon bits , cooked
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight™ Cheese Sauce
500 ml spaghetti , cooked
60 ml LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella , grated

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin pan.

Place the eggs, rosemary, cream, bacon bits, salt and pepper and cheese sauce in a bowl.

Whisk until well combined. Add the cooked spaghetti and gently mix together ensuring that all the spaghetti is covered with the sauce.

Use a fork to twirl the spaghetti into a muffin pan.

Top with grated mozzarella and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool before eating.
