Create NowBurger Tacos:
Sauce:
Sauce:
Using a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, mustard and garlic salt and mix well.
Tacos:
1. Finely dice the onion, shred the lettuce, slice the gherkins and set aside.
2. Shape the mince into 6 equal sized balls.
3. Place a mini tortilla onto a board and press one ball of mince onto it, using your hands or the back of a spoon to press it all the way to the edges. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Heat the oil in a griddle pan over medium-high heat.
5. Place the tortilla, mince sized down, into the pan and press down with a spatula to flatten. Cook until the mince is browned, then flip over.
6. Place the Lancewood Cheddar Flavoured Full Cream Processed Cheese slice on top of the mince. Cover with a lid and cook until the cheese has melted and the tortilla is golden underneath. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
To serve:
Top the tacos with the onions, gherkin slices and shredded lettuce, then drizzle over some of the burger sauce. Enjoy!
