LANCEWOOD® Grated Mozzarella

garlic butter

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190oC. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
2. Without individually breaking the sliders, slice all in half and place on baking sheet.
3. Spread the bottom half with pesto. Top with cheese slices and then mozzarella.
4. Close the buns and brush with garlic butter.
5. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes until golden and serve warm.
6. Enjoy as a delicious and easy game day side!
For Air Fryer cooking:
1. Place on a sheet of baking paper in the basket of the air fryer.
2. Air fry at 190oC for 5 - 6 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
HINTS & TIPS:
1. Add a few slices of tomato and onion.
2. Sprinkle a layer of biltong powder on the cheese slices before adding the mozzarella.
