Picnic Dips in a Jar

Ingredients

Sour cream & chives loaded dip:

175 g LANCEWOOD Sour Cream & Chives DIP&TOP™
2 carrots , cut into 8 cm sticks
4 celery sticks , cut into thinner 8 cm sticks

Jalapeño chutney loaded dip:

175 g LANCEWOOD Jalapeño Chutney DIP&TOP®
8 mini meatballs
8 cm long piece of cucumber , cut into sticks

Balsamic & onion loaded dip:

175 g LANCEWOOD Balsamic & Onion DIP&TOP®
16 LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella , 1 cm cubes
24 baby tomatoes

Method

Divide the dip between two Maison or glass jars with lids of your choice.

Sour cream & chives loaded dip:
Stick the vegetable sticks snuggly into the dip. Close the jars and refrigerate until needed.

Jalapeño chutney loaded dip:
Thread each meatball onto a short kebab stick. Trim the sticks if needed and stick the meatball kebabs into the dip with the meatballs facing the top.

Stick the cucumber sticks snuggly in between. Close the jars and refrigerate until needed.

Balsamic & onion loaded dip:
Thread the tomatoes and mozzarella cubes onto short kebab stick. Trim the sticks if needed and stick the kebabs into the dip.

Close the jars and refrigerate until needed.

HINTS & TIPS:
Use any of these kebab options in the jars:

  • Yellow, red and green pepper strips
  • Mini corn
  • Mini chicken or beef kebabs
  • Cheese & ham rolls
  • Sugar snap peas
