Ingredients

45 ml butter

½ an onion, finely chopped

250 g brown mushrooms, halved and sliced

250 ml LANCEWOOD® Sour Cream

125 ml milk

10 ml soy sauce

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Extra milk for thinning if necessary

Method

Heat the butter and fry the onion and mushrooms until soft and golden.  Add the sour cream, milk and soy sauce.  Season to taste and heat through.  Add a bit more milk if the sauce becomes too thick.
