Ingredients

Caprese bagel:

1 bagel(s)
30 ml basil pesto
150 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese , room temperature
4 LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella  slices
slices of tomato
baby spinach , a handful

Chicken & avo bagel:

1 Sesame seed bagel(s)
half an avocado
125 g LANCEWOOD® Fat Free Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
salt & freshly ground black pepper
2 smoked ham slices
slices of tomato
baby spinach , a handful

Method

Caprese bagel:
1. Add the pesto to the cream cheese and mix well. Slice the bagel in half and spread the pesto cream cheese onto both sides.

2. Top the bottom half with Mozzarella slices, tomato and some baby spinach leaves. Close the bagel and enjoy!

Chicken & avo bagel:
1. Mash the avocado and add the cottage cheese. Season to taste and mix well.

2. Slice the bagel in half and spread the avocado cottage cheese onto both sides. 

3. Top the bottom half with the chicken, tomato slices and some baby spinach leaves. Close the bagel and enjoy!
