1 kg beef mince
5 ml salt
5 ml freshly ground black pepper
5 ml dried oregano
5 ml garlic powder
5 ml onion powder
25 g breadcrumbs
30 ml Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
15 ml olive oil

For serving:
12 Mini burger buns
Mayonnaise or LANCEWOOD® Jalapeño Chutney DIP&TOP™
Tomato slices
LANCEWOOD® Cheddar slices
LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight™ Mushroom Sauce
Fried onion ring


Using a mixing bowl, add the mince, salt and pepper, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce and eggs and mix until well combined.

Shape into 12 small balls and press to flatten into patties.

Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the patties for 5 minutes on each side.

For serving:
Spread each burger bun bottom with DIP&TOP™ or mayonnaise and top with lettuce and a slice of tomato.

Add the patties and a slice of cheese. Top with Mushroom Sauce or DIP&TOP™ and a fried onion.
