Easy Hot Cheese Dip
To serve:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a small ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese to a mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese, garlic, mixed herbs and onion and mix together.
Spoon the mixture into the ovenproof dish and bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
To serve:
Sprinkle spring onions over and enjoy with tortilla chips or crusty bread
HINTS & TIPS:
Add chopped fried bacon and mushrooms.
