200 g macaroni
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight™
30 ml melted butter
60 ml fresh breadcrumbs
60 g LANCEWOOD® Cheddar, grated
15 ml fresh parsley, chopped
Optional ingredient additions:
Fried onions, fried mushrooms, fried bacon, ham or salami, steamed peas or cauliflower florets, fried yellow, red or green peppers.
Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet. Strain and keep warm. Remove the foil and place the LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight™ tub in the middle of a microwaveable plate, heat for 1 minute, stir and heat for another minute. Alternatively heat the sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir regularly for approximately 3 minutes. Remove from the heat. Add to the cooked macaroni and mix through. Mix in any of the optional ingredient additions as you please.
Mix the melted butter, breadcrumbs and the grated LANCEWOOD® Cheddar together and sprinkle over the macaroni. Place under the grill and grill for 5 minutes or until golden. Finish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
