Ingredients


Blueberry frozen yoghurt:
1 kg LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Blueberry Yoghurt
250 ml blueberries, finely chopped
15 ml lemon juice
15 ml honey

Caramel frozen yoghurt:
1 kg LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
250 ml caramel treat
10 ml vanilla essence
A pinch of salt

Method


Blueberry frozen yoghurt:
Using a mixing bowl, add the blueberry yoghurt, blueberries, lemon juice and honey and mix together.

Caramel frozen yoghurt:
Using a mixing bowl, add the plain yoghurt, caramel treat and vanilla essence and mix together.

Pour into freezer-safe containers and freeze for at least 4 hours. For a smoother texture, whisk the frozen yoghurt every 30 minutes during its freezing time.

Once frozen, scoop into serving bowls and enjoy!
