250 g LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Plain Cream Cheese
375 ml whipped cream
250 ml condensed milk
10 ml vanilla essence
Your choice of topping (granadilla pulp, melted chocolate or nuts)
Use an electric mixer to whisk together the LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Plain Cream Cheese and condensed milk. Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla essence. Transfer the mixture to a rectangular dish and add a topping of your choice. Freeze overnight. Serve in bowls or in an ice cream cone.
