40 g chocolate, melted and slightly cooled (milk, dark or white)
1 x 250 g LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Plain Cream Cheese or Mascarpone, at room temperature
25 g chopped cranberries, cherries, apricots or mixed citrus peel
25 g chopped almonds, pecan nuts or pistachios
40 g finely grated chocolate (milk, dark or white)
Mix the melted chocolate, cream cheese, cranberries and nuts together (or any variation of your choice). Refrigerate for 60 minutes.
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator. Roll into walnut sized balls (approximately 3 cm in size). Roll each ball in grated chocolate until completely covered. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
