4 – 5 medium sweet potatoes, sliced
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight™ Cheese Sauce
30 ml thyme, fresh or dried
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
500 ml LANCEWOOD® Cheddar, grated
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Layer the bottom of a baking dish with half of the sliced sweet potato. Follow the heating instructions on the pack and pour the cheese sauce over. Sprinkle with thyme and seasoning. Layer the remaining sliced sweet potato. Cover with cheddar and bake for 25 – 30 minutes. Serve with more thyme and enjoy!
